I’m a boring accountant with delusions of grandeur and a Master’s degree in Taxation. I grew up in the punk rock and hardcore music scenes, and was instilled with a strong dose of the DIY ethic and a sense of duty to help make a positive impact on the world. Art has such a gigantic effect on culture and society that I feel it’s a great place to start. Only dabbling in the arts myself, I think my skills are best utilized by helping other artists.

You’re a musician not a tax nerd!!
For many musicians, navigating the business side of their careers can be tough. The freedom to chase your creative dreams and make a living from your art comes with the everyday challenges of handling rent or mortgage, paying bills on time, and managing the business aspects of your career.

We get it, money is the devil. Taxes, doubly so.
Managing your income, expenses, and receipts often feels like a tedious task that eats up precious hours you can’t spare. It’s not what you’re trained for, nor how you want to spend your time. Though your true passions may lie in performing, creating, and recording, like it or not, financial management is essential for keeping food on the table and needs proper attention. I can take the pressure of handling your finances off your plate. This way, you can put more time into what you do best while knowing your money is in capable hands.
If you’ve been going with the flow and crossing your fingers that the bills will get paid each month, you’re definitely not alone. You’ve likely known for a while that eventually you’d need to face this financial stress, and now is the moment to take charge. By managing your money better, you’ll free up time to focus on your craft.
